It is not easy, to keep the eyes open, while knowing, one will have a water balloon splashing in ones face just about the next second. Having done this myself, I know how hard it will be for a model.
Surprise
Actually, I would have been frustrated, if Alex would have been able to have her eyes open, since I was not. On the other hand, we used about twice as many water balloons, setting my bathroom under water. But this time I did not use my small SpeedLights, but two studio strobes, one just below the ceiling so no droplets could get there, and one just outside the bathroom door, too far for the water to reach. Additional, I used an umbrella for the lower strobe for further protection.
Hide'n'Seek
My balloons have been reduced to just two hand full now. Hence, this might be the last shot using water balloons. On the other hand, it might be fun doing this outside in the summer times. Well, lets see. Have a nice Monday.
